WHAT AWAITS YOU
Your apartment is fully furnished – from the bed to the ceiling lights, everything is ready for you. Simply bring your kitchen and bathroom essentials, bedding and personal belongings. You can also book our starter package with basic household items. Then all you need to do is unpack and settle in.
Internet access and Wi-Fi are available throughout the apartment complex. Each apartment also has a cable connection with access to a wide range of international TV channels, so you can get connected and settle in from day one.
Study Home offers more than just a private apartment. Our shared spaces make it easy to meet your neighbours, study with fellow residents or simply relax. The community lounge includes a kitchen, plenty of seating and a TV, while the shared laundry room offers another convenient meeting point.
Study Home is located in the heart of Reutlingen, with convenient connections to Reutlingen University and the University of Tübingen. The main railway station, central bus station, shops, cafés and bars are all just a short walk away.
Moving to a new city comes with plenty of questions – from paperwork to settling in. Our Study Home team is here to support you from the very beginning. Together with the caretaker, we help ensure that your apartment and the entire complex remain well maintained.
Keep your monthly costs predictable with a clear fixed rental price. With the exception of your personal electricity consumption, operating costs – including water, heating, TV and Wi-Fi – are included in the rent.

After a busy day at work or university, you deserve time to unwind. Relax in your apartment, enjoy a coffee in the community lounge or spend time outdoors. In good weather, you can use the barbecue area and seating directly beside the River Echaz.

5 STEPS
TO YOUR NEW HOME
1.
Choose from our Small, Classic, Big, Patio and Balcony apartment types and find the option that suits you best.
The prices shown include all operating costs except your personal electricity consumption.
Tenancy agreements are issued for six months. Extensions may be possible if arranged in advance.

The rental period is limited to 6 months. Extensions are possible after prior agreement.

Once we have reviewed your details and confirmed that all requirements are met, we will send you a rental offer.
You confirm your acceptance of the tenancy agreement by transferring the processing fee of €100.
Once the processing fee has been received, the tenancy agreement is concluded.
we will check your information, if all the formalities match, you will receive a rental offer from us.
You express your consent to the conclusion of your rental agreement by transferring the processing non refundable fee of €100 to us.
The receipt of the processing fee, is considered as a commitment to initiate the rental formalities.
4.
The deposit must be paid four weeks before the apartment handover. Without the deposit, the handover cannot take place and the tenancy agreement will be considered void.
The deposit must be paid 7 working days before the handover of the apartment, otherwise there will be no handover and the rental contract is void.
5.
About one week before your tenancy begins, please contact Mr Gustav Kalbfell on +49 179 45 43 485 to arrange your move-in appointment.
On arrival, Gustav will show you around the property, including the community lounge, barbecue area, bicycle parking, laundry room and waste disposal facilities.
The apartment handover will be documented in a handover report, which must be signed by both parties.
Then it’s time to unpack and settle into your new home!

about a week before the start of the rental period and arrange the move-in date with him.
When you move in, Gustav will guide you through the facility to show you the most important details such as the common room, barbecue area, bicycle space, laundry room and waste disposal.
The transfer of the apartment to you will be recorded in a transfer protocol, which must be signed by both parties.
Then it’s time to unpack your suitcase and start living!
