There are 5 different apartment types

All our apartments are modern and tastefully furnished so that you can feel completely at home. The funiture in each apartment includes: bed (100×200 in apartment SMALL or 120x200cm in all other types) | desk | dining table | TV-shelf | wardrobe with shelves and clothes rail | coat racket | modern bathroom with shower | practical kitchenette with ceramic cooking top, microwave & fridge | curtains | lighting concept.

Internet is accessible to you with a speed of 10 Mbit/s download and 1 Mbit/s upload both via the Wi-Fi network in the entire apartment complex and via a LAN socket in your apartment.

Painting, pasting, drilling holes or anything of the sort is not permitted in the apartments. If you wish, you can personalize your apartment in consultation with our caretaker and our administration.

We are located very close to the Main Train Station and the Central Bus Station: by bus or train you can reach Reutlingen University in only 10 minutes or Eberhard Karls University Tübingen in 25 minutes.

Yes, there are plenty of bicycle stands on the Study Home grounds that you can use. We rent out car parking spaces from 50€/month.

Any kind of animal husbandry is not allowed in the apartments.

In the basement of the apartment complex, residents have access to a laundry room with washing machines and dryers and a drying room with clotheslines. Use is included in the rental price.

The residents of our apartment complex have access to a community lounge with seating, a kitchen, as well as a TV and our print area. Outdoors, partially covered seating and a barbecue area awaits you

Security is very important to us. Therefore the public areas of the apartment complex are under 24h video surveillance. The supervision is carried out by an external security company. So you are safe!
